Cascade Run Club's

High School Off Season Training Program

Why train with Cascade Run Club?

Elite Level Coaching Perspective

We take great pride in our coaching staff because they have competed and trained at some of the highest levels within our sport and now coach to help share their passion for running with others. Their unique experiences makes them the perfect resource for athletes aspiring to take their running to the next level.

Structured Off Season Training

Our goal is to bring together athletes from different schools in the area who have the same drive to continue to improve during the off season. Training in a group that will push an athlete out of their comfort zone will help them discover what it takes to be successful at the high school level and beyond.

Fun Supportive Community

We strive to create a community of young athletes who will enjoy training together in the off season, but will more importantly continue to support one another even after they return to their high school teams.
