Iron Horse Half Marathon

Iron Horse Half Website

The Iron Horse Half Marathon is a point to point half marathon taking place in Washington state on the Iron Horse Trail (part of Washington State Parks) and Snoqualmie Valley Trail (part of the King County Parks system).  Both trails are the remains of old railroad tracks, hence the ‘Iron Horse’ moniker.  The course is nearly all downhill at a steady, gentle grade, except for some very short flat sections.

This is a unique course you WON'T find anywhere else. Set in the beautiful North Bend and Snoqualmie area, it features a jaw-dropping 2-mile tunnel cut right through rigid landscape eventually opening to a sprawling Pacific Northwest paradise.

St. Patrick's Day Dash 5k

It began in 1985 as a race between bars and as a training event for an Irish Olympian. Now it’s Seattle’s largest single-distance fun run/walk, where the winners cross the finish before the last person starts. The Dash fills three miles of Seattle streets with a ribbon of green.
The F5 St. Patrick’s Day Dash is a family event with something for everyone. There are young athletes racing to be the first across the Finish Line, and former jocks racing to be the first in the beer garden. With 34 years of history, the Dash attracts three generations of participants.

Lake Sammamish Half Marathon

The Lake Sammamish Half Marathon takes runners along the smooth trail that connects Marymoor Park in Redmond to Lake Sammamish State Park in Issaquah. This interurban trail is very popular with runners; about 30% of the course will be on smooth gravel surface and 70% on pavement.

The race is chip-timed, and each racer will receive a custom bib, a finisher medal, a long-sleeve microfiber Tech Shirt and sponsor products. Aid stations are provided every few miles (see course map) with Clif gels/bloks, fruit, nuun and water, and the finish line will be by the beach and includes a nice line up of food and music.
