Hi, I’m Holly, one of the Registered Dietitians with Experience Momentum and I support the novice and elite runners in Cascade Run Club! It’s a privilege to support this incredible run club and all its wonderful people, to join the club as a runner myself, and connect with runners of all abilities – from beginners running their first 5K, to Spartan racers, to helping an avid runner formulate a training plan for their 100K. How, when, and what you fuel with is essential to supporting your body to become stronger, recover more efficiently, and of course to run faster. How we eat day to day is equally as important as what we eat before, during, and after a run, and it’s my pleasure to be available as a resource to help explore what that looks like for you!

My name is Mackenzie Schiltz, one of the Registered Dietitians with Experience Momentum and I support the novice and elite runners of Cascade Run Club. From working with runners who are pushing to qualify for Boston to those aiming to use nutrition to grow their endurance, strength, and overall energy for runs - I enjoy it all! Every runner is unique, has different needs, and does not come with a training manual. Through my counseling methods, I am able to assess and recommend fueling plans that are safe, effective, and enjoyable. The power of nutrition is at your finger tips and I am ready to help you harness that power. Don’t be shy in asking me for help to create an eating plan that maximizes your nutrition and performance goals.
