Cascade Run Club Seattle
Our Cascade Run Club Seattle group meets primarily near Green Lake! We generally have 5-10 members at these practices. Our regular locations include:
- Monday Recovery Runs: Greenlake Super Jock 'N Jill
- Wednesday Workouts: Greenlake Track
- Sunday Long Runs: Alternate between Greenlake Park, Gasworks Park, Seward Park and Matthews Beach Park
We see running as not only a way to build fitness, but a way to build a community! When you train with Cascade Run Club, you can join practice at any one of our locations (we just don't recommend more than one track workout per week). We know that life gets hectic and schedules change - so we're flexible. If you need to drop in for a different practice location, that's ok!
