Cascade Run Club Eastside - Redmond, Kirkland, Bellevue
Our Cascade Run Club Eastside is our newest group! We generally have 5-10 members at these practices. Our regular locations include:
- Tuesday Recovery Runs: Redmond Super Jock ‘N Jill
- Wednesday Workouts: Kelsey Creek in Bellevue
- Sunday Long Runs: Alternate between Greenlake Park, Gasworks Park, Seward Park, Matthews Beach Park, Log Boom Park, Bothell Landing, and Red Hook Brewery
We see running as not only a way to build fitness, but a way to build a community! When you train with Cascade Run Club, you can join practice at any one of our locations (we just don't recommend more than one track workout per week). We know that life gets hectic and schedules change - so we're flexible. If you need to drop in for a different practice location, that's ok!
