Cascade Run Club currently has 4 different training groups located in South Snohomish County and North King County in order to serve runners throughout the greater Seattle area.
Cascade Run Club's largest training group practices in the Mill Creek/Lynnwood area. We are partnering with Experience Momentum in Lynnwood to help add an organized strength training component to our current training plan. Tuesday evening workouts are held at Saint Edwards Park or the Seattle Times Building in Bothell; Thursday evening recovery runs/strength training sessions are hosted at Experience Momentum; and Saturday morning long runs alternate between Log Boom Park, Bothell Landing, and Red Hook Brewery.
Cascade Run Club's Seattle Group will hold Monday recovery runs at the Greenlake Super Jock 'N Jill, Wednesday evening workouts at the Greenlake Track and Sunday morning group long runs will alternate between Greenlake Park, Gasworks Park, Seward Park and Matthews Beach Park.
Cascade Run Club's Mercer Island group will hold Wednesday morning workouts at Mercer Island High School Track and will join the Seattle group for Sunday morning long runs that alternate between Greenlake Park, Gasworks Park, Seward Park and Matthews Beach Park.
Introducing Our New Eastside Training Group!
Cascade Run Club is excited to start our new Eastside running group. The Eastside Practice Group will have three practices each week. Tuesday Practice will be at the Redmond Super Jock ‘N Jill, Wednesday Workouts at Kelsey Creek in Bellevue and this group will join the other groups for Saturday or Sunday morning long runs that alternate between Greenlake Park, Gasworks Park, Seward Park, Matthews Beach Park, Log Boom Park, Bothell Landing, and Red Hook Brewery.
